We offer standard delivery within 1-3 business days across the UAE. For orders placed in Dubai before 12 PM, same-day delivery options may be available.
Can I return or exchange intimate apparel and sleepwear?
For hygiene reasons, panties and adhesive bras cannot be returned. Other items, such as robes and pajamas, can be returned within 7 days provided they are unworn, have original tags, and are in their original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE.

Are there any shipping charges for online orders?
We offer free delivery on all orders above AED 299. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of AED 18 will be applied at checkout.
