At Nayomi UAE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a flexible 7-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Nayomi account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels are intact; please note that for hygiene reasons, panties and adhesive bras cannot be returned.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
